Vision Celebrates Chinatown

The Vision Vancouver team would like to extend an invitation to you to attend our upcoming fundraising event. The event will be held on Wednesday September 22nd, 2010 starting at 6pm at the Floata Seafood Restaurant located at 400-180 Keefer Street.

The evening will be an opportunity to meet Mayor Gregor Robertson and elected Vision officials as well as leaders of Vancouver’s business, labour and political communities. Featured will be an eight course Chinese dinner and a keynote address by Mayor Robertson, who will discuss his recent trip to China.

Mayor Robertson will highlight the exciting opportunities available in China for Vancouver based companies and entrepreneurs. China has surpassed Japan as the world’s second largest economy and continues to experience unprecedented levels of growth leading economists to predict China will soon be Canada’s second largest trading partner.
